Overall, they grow about 30 - 60 cm tall and wide. There are several popular cultivars and hybrids of \u003cem\u003eA. baginda\u003c\/em\u003e. 'Pink Dragon' has particularly beautiful dark green leaves with contrasting light veins, and pink to rosy leaf stalks. It is probably a natural hybrid of \u003cem\u003eA. baginda\u003c\/em\u003e and a second, unknown species. Certainly one of the most beautiful \u003cem\u003eAlocasia\u003c\/em\u003e and also very easy to care for.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e*The actual origin of this species is unknown. It was only described as a distinct species in 2011, but was known as an ornamental plant long before that, though no one knows where it actually comes from. Its morphologically most similar species, \u003cem\u003eA. regina\u003c\/em\u003e and \u003cem\u003eA. reginula\u003c\/em\u003e, come from limestone habitats in Sarawak. It is therefore likely that \u003cem\u003eA. baginda\u003c\/em\u003e also originates from this area, but it has not yet been found there.
