It grows to about 20 to 30 cm tall. In nature, it tends to grow creeping and climbs vertically up rock faces. The leaves of young plants are pale green with pink spots between the veins, leaves of older plants have white spots that merge together, and leaves of mature, flowering plants are a uniform medium green and somewhat succulent.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e On older stems, it blooms profusely with rather small, pale yellow male flowers and pink to white female flowers. It grows best when, as in nature, it can root vertically in slightly moist soil.
