The flower stalks should not be cut after flowering, as the plants will repeatedly produce new blooms from them. The flowers last for about three days and are unscented.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e It is very similar to \u003cem\u003eHoya kentiana\u003c\/em\u003e , and some authors treat the two as synonyms.
