Description
Homalomena rubescens originates from Panama and grows as a small shrub in the undergrowth of rainforests. It reaches a height of up to 1 meter, and its leaves grow to about 50 cm long and 30 cm wide. The red leaf stalks and the attractive pleated pattern on the leaves are particularly pronounced in mature plants. They then strongly resemble a Philodendron pastazanum (better known as Philodendron "Fuzzy Petiole"), but grow more like an Alocasia . A truly cool combination, and above all, much more compact than the gigantic Philodendron .

You will receive a plant approximately 20 to 30 cm tall in a 12 cm pot.
