Description
Hoya gracilis probably originated in the Philippines, but its exact origin is uncertain. It resembles Hoya memoria , which is also widespread there.
The leaves are oblong, up to about 8 cm long, somewhat thickened, and have many small, silvery spots. This species is particularly known for its abundant flowering. It blooms with small pink to red flowers, which are formed in umbels of up to 30 individual flowers. The flowers have a very pleasant fragrance and last for about 7 to 10 days. Once it reaches a certain size , Hoya gracilis blooms almost continuously under good conditions.
