The cucumber plant ( Delosperma echinatum ) is a member of the Aizoaceae family from South Africa, whose leaves resemble the shape of pickled cucumbers. The hairs on the leaf surface are very soft and can be touched without any problem. The approximately 1 to 2 cm large flowers appear in summer and are white.
