Description
Pellaea rotundifolia is an ideal indoor fern for living spaces with lower humidity. In its native New Zealand, it grows on rocky slopes (lithophytic), which naturally provides it with less water than its relatives. Lower humidity also generally doesn't bother it.
The fronds grow to about 20 to 30cm long and it reaches a diameter of about 40cm, with a height of only 15 to 20cm.
It is also suitable for drier areas in the terrarium, but should not be kept permanently damp.
