Description
The yellow strawberry guava bears its first fruit when it reaches a height of approximately 50 cm. Without pruning, however, it can reach a height of up to 3-4 m.
The fruits taste similar to those of the large guava ( Psidium guajava ), but remain somewhat smaller.
In some parts of South and Central America, it is an invasive species.
Very well suited for growing in pots. Also suitable as a bonsai and a truly unique plant.
Synonyms include: Psidium lucidum, Psidium cattleianum f. lucidum, Psidium littorale
You will receive a young plant in a 7cm square pot.
