Description
A very beautiful, small vine with patterned, oval leaves from Central America and northern South America. It grows there at altitudes of approximately 800 to 2500 meters and is therefore less sensitive to cooler temperatures than one would expect for tropical plants.
This Solanum grows as a ground cover or trailing plant and has hairy, olive-green leaves about 2 to 3 cm long with yellow veins. It has small, whitish-green flowers.
