Description

Pods of Cariniana estrellensis, a large rainforest tree from South America. The pods have thick walls and are very sturdy. They are about 7 to 10 cm long, 3 to 4.5 cm thick, and have an opening approximately 1.8 to 2.6 cm in diameter. They provide an ideal hiding place in the terrarium for numerous small animals, as well as juveniles of larger species. They are extremely durable and practically do not decompose.

Tip: Store them underwater for about 1 week before using them in the terrarium. This prevents mold from forming when you place them in the terrarium.

You will receive three pods. This is a natural product; the exact appearance and dimensions may vary from the pictures.
