A very pretty micro orchid with round, patterned leaves. It resembles Lepanthes calodictyon, but remains significantly smaller!

Lepanthes volador is native to Ecuador. There, it grows in moist montane rainforests at elevations of 750 to 800 meters.

The plant itself is a true mini orchid, growing to just 5 to 7 cm in height. The round, patterned leaves are borne on 2 to 4 cm long stems. The flowers are comparatively tiny, only about 2 mm in size and yellow/orange.

This absolute tiny plant is perfect for the smallest humid terrariums and bottle gardens. It remains significantly smaller than the better-known Lepanthes calodictyon and is therefore well-suited for even smaller setups.
