Description
This small dwarf pepper plant is widespread in South and Central America. There, it grows in shady, somewhat damp locations, both on the ground and epiphytically on trees and rocks . Over time, it forms dense stands, creating a thick carpet, and rarely grows taller than 15 cm. The leaves are somewhat thickened and succulent.
This dwarf pepper plant is an ideal ground cover for medium to large terrariums. It grows on any damp, rough surface, including back walls and cork branches.
