Description

A small, densely growing epiphytic orchid native to the Brazilian states of Espírito Santo and Rio de Janeiro.

It has no pseudobulbs, and its flattened leaves, which overlap at the base, are arranged in a fan-like pattern. Its appearance resembles that of a small Phalaenopsis.

It thrives in slightly brighter conditions and prefers more moisture than other mini orchids. However, it still does not like being permanently wet! It flowers with small but very numerous white/green flowers, which appear densely clustered on hanging flower stalks.

One of the best and most beautiful miniature orchids for warm, humid terrariums.

You will receive a young plant tied with string, which will flower profusely in approx. 12 to 18 months.
