Description
Slices of New Zealand tree fern. Great decoration for terrariums.

These discs of New Zealand Xaxim are ideal for epiphytes such as orchids, anthuriums , ant plants, and many more. The fine structure allows roots to grow directly into and through the discs. They are particularly well-suited for terrariums, as consistently high humidity will cause them to become covered with moss, ferns, and other plants after a few months, eventually making the disc itself virtually invisible as it becomes completely overgrown.

Xaxim is a natural product made from the trunks of tropical tree ferns. The dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly. Each piece has a unique shape.

The discs have a diameter of approximately 12 to 15 cm and are 3 to 4 cm thick.
