Description
Dried leaves of the cacao tree ( Theobroma cacao ) for the aquarium or terrarium.
These leaves contain significant amounts of antibiotic, antifungal, and anti-inflammatory substances. In this way, they support a healthy micro- and macrofauna in the aquarium. Spawning readiness increases, and fungal infections of the eggs are directly prevented.
Also suitable as decorative leaf litter for terrariums.

Cocoa leaves are even more durable than the Indian almond leaves typically used for this purpose.
